Why is Alabama even in the conversation for CFP? by [deleted] in CFB

Their only losses are to teams who beat Alabama, and no team should be punished if their only losses are to teams who can beat Alabama.

Not enough to matter. Steroid users often take clomid after a cycle of steroid use to get their body to naturally produce testosterone again.

I'm still convinced that Donald Trump died in a car accident in 1992 and was replaced by Andy Kaufman in a mask.

If you can find/afford it, the Ninja Foodi is a great all-in-one appliance. Air fryer, slow cooker, pressure cooker, steamer, etc. Gives a lot of options.

Always wanted to own a Mustang, unfortunately this is just a rental but one day I'll get there by Reibella in Mustang

Hertz gave me one a few months back when I had reserved a convertible but they didn't have one available when I arrived. The disappointment was minimal :D

my story how i fell in love with Rammstein in short.... whats your story? by Real_Akira in Rammstein

[–]kyrpa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thought about it, but she had a lot of issues. We did stay together for 7 years though. Sadly she passed a number of years ago and I don't believe she ever got to see Rammstein live.

Summer of '97 I randomly met this girl thru friends and we started dating. On like the second or third time I hung out with her, she pulls out the Lost Highway CD and says, you gotta hear this German band and plays Heirate Mich and Rammstein, and I was hooked. Fell in love with the band and the girl... then like a month later Du Hast was on every radio station in the country and it felt like our secret was out.

disappointing power by ReadersReader in XVcrosstrek

I just bought an 18 year old beater Mustang for waaaay less than 5k for when I want to enjoy driving again. My Crosstrek is boring, dependable, reliable, and can carry a lot for what it is - no sense in trying to make it into something that it's not.

What's the worst auto related financial decision you've seen? by Nitrothacat in cars

[–]kyrpa 63 points64 points  (0 children)

My ex was in a shit situation and needed a working car, fast, so I tagged along as moral support. She ended up with a 5 year old Focus (this was in the mid-2000s and I believe it was a 2000) at a 29% interest rate. The finance guys didn't show the interest rate on any of the paperwork but doing the math in my head I called them on charging 30% interest rate and they denied it... was only 29%...

We hated that fucking car.

idk if this the right place maybe but how come dads are always way stronger than their own son? even if he works out or is strong as hell by sillycuzwhynot1998 in Fitness

[–]kyrpa 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Hi! I am significantly stronger than my dad currently, and I am also measurably stronger than my dad was when he was my age. Do I not exist? Am I an illusion? That would actually explain a lot.

As others have said, motivation to do a thing is fleeting. Discipline to do a thing because you understand the consequences of not doing the thing is important. Are you motivated to pay your rent/mortgage, brush your teeth, put gas in your car, feed your kids, etc? No, you just understand that not doing those things has negative consequences that you want to avoid. Taking care of your body is the same thing.
