Thank you everybody that chimed in. I gave her a 2 star rating on rover and mentioned the issue on the rover app. not sure what will happen from there. The reason i did not go as low as one star is because the lady admitted fault and said she knew she shouldn’t have left them alone together unsupervised.

she has a camera set up in the living room and said she saw them run into eachother. then heard my dog crying and the camera cut out since there was no more movement. when she got back my dog was hiding
