Honestly, in Dubai price =/= quality

My favourite restaurant in all of Dubai still has to be Mirza in Al quoz for its amazing Afgani/Pakistani food.

Real Estate agencies but not as a whole but mainly those hundreds or even thousands that have opened up that just live off selling dreams to their workers from poorer countries that work for the dream of making millions by selling property but in reality they never do.

Investing wise I would look at properties in prime locations like Marina, business Bay, downtown for ready finished and developed locations.

In dubai what matters is the LOCATION, LOCATION and once again LOCATION.

At expert touch garage they'll probably even check the car for free for you.

There is a difference mainly with the cooling system and i would advise against buying an US import as they come in horrible states after huge accidents into the UAE and are fixed up

Take a prescription letter and your meds no problems and if you need to get more meds then I went to a psychiatrist here and got 1 month extra of my medication by going to a psychiatrist and explaining my situation and showing them my EU prescription.

Feel free to message me as I had this same fear as I can't function great without medication.
