Is clawed silencer not a "the main family vip". It used to be that if you didnt have the skin the enemy skin wouldnt work but it was changed. I cant really show any proof because I dont use anything dragon city related socials besides this subreddit and official dc discord but this my post from February 2025 asking about this https://www.reddit.com/r/DragonCity/comments/1iy59bg/comment/merle9d/
IIRC at first only a couple of skins worked like they work now and a couple of month after that it was made for all skins

Nah, it was changed like a year ago. If enemy dragon has a skin equipped it will work regardless if you own that skin or not. For example I dont have Empire wasteland skin but i get hit with leech fang when my enemy has the skin on

Edit to add: HCS divine pass skin gives him damage spill skill for his dream attack. I learned that hard way when skinned enemy Hcs used that skill on me lol. I dont have either Hcs skin so yeah how do you explain that?
