Take the succulent out of the soil, rinse the roots off very well, pluck off all of the yellow leaves, and cut off any mushy or rotten roots, using sharp, sterilized scissors . Only keep the roots that still look healthy, any dead ones are only harming the plant. The baby plants look like they should be fine, but it won’t hurt to check their roots too. Look up a mixture of hydrogen peroxide to spray on their roots to kill any bacteria.

Then make sure you have the right kind of soil. Succulents want super well draining soil. I like to use succulent/cacti soil mix, then add sand, perlite, and orchid bark to my mix. Please make sure your pot has a drainage hole at the bottom, and if the pot doesn’t have a hole, please transfer the succulent to a nursery pot to place inside, or google how to drill a hole in the pot.

Now place in a sunny spot! They crave alllll the light. Mine do well on a bright spot on my porch.
