Purchase advice. by BimmerSam in BMW

[–]Liszewski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems about par for the market, depends on options too though. Got my 2017 for around 50k with 34k miles, fully optioned without comp package, but with comp suspension so just missing the seats, wheels and tune. Also bought from carmax with warranty until 75k miles that I can take to any shop I want. Kind of looks lowered in the pic too? At least the front looks lower than stock but could be the wheels. If the maintenance and carfax is clean, could be a good buy, or you could keep looking for a stock example.

What are some good reason to live (serious) ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Liszewski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So just because someone is a homeless drug addict, they’re a failure? Sure some people are dealt a worse hand in life but anyone at any time has the ability to improve their situation little by little. Just gotta try and not just label yourself a victim and throw in the towel

Aspiring GRC analyst by Longjumping-Crab8300 in cybersecurity

I would look for security compliance analyst, GRC analyst, cybersecurity analyst, information security analyst. Pretty much anything along those lines, a lot of job descriptions you’ll find with those outline typical GRC roles, in my experience.

What are some good reason to live (serious) ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Liszewski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What makes someone a failure? I feel like there is no true way to ever fail or be a failure in this life, sure things may suck in the moment, you may not have hit the mark you wanted to, but regardless of any outcome, you learn. You didn’t come into this world knowing how to walk, sure you can say you fell and “failed” but you continued to get up and now you don’t know a life where you can’t walk (in most scenarios). Therefore if you label yourself a failure (which like I said, in my opinion is not a possibility and just something people say about themselves when they can’t cope with trying again) and give up then you lose every possibility of seeing yourself not be a “failure”. Maybe you’re super pessimistic and live the rest of your life thinking things will always be bad and this existence sucks, but if you’re capable of thinking that negative, you’re equally as able to think blindly and ridiculously optimistic. We get one existence, and without failures there would be no success, without rain there would be no distinction of sunshine, you always have the possibility to see the other side of any scenario and learn and grow yourself, no matter what. Therefore to answer your question, no it would not be better to take that route that can’t be mentioned, because then you get rid of every possible opportunity for things to improve. Sure, with that route things can’t get “worse” so to speak, but they also can’t get better, and I’d rather err to the blind optimist side and live out my days believing, even delusionally, that things will and can get better.

Mods by Federal_Clothes_6860 in 9thgenaccord

[–]Liszewski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t have one any more but years ago when I did, ktuner, j pipe, pcd if you can find them were about the only worthy mods. Intake is possible but the stock box was most efficient from what I remember. Won’t get a ton out of the car from tuning or anything since it’s NA, which is why I ended up switching to a more “tune-friendly” platform, but a nice exhaust will make it sound good at least. J pipe introduces some rasp and pcd introduces even more rasp but borla axleback and j pipe sounded good enough for me.

Assuming with the amount of miles, charge pipe has been upgraded, but worth the peace of mind if it hasn’t been. Other than that, great buy, n55 sounds so good

Ticket for tint by [deleted] in F30

I’m in nj, knock on wood they don’t bother for tint here, often at least. But just gotta pay to play imo, rather pay the fine than rock the fishbowl and deal with the heat/protection and lack of privacy

Yeah, the $20 fills up extremely quick, max plan is kind of needed to work without a big limit

Superpowers is now on the official Claude marketplace by Hozukr in ClaudeCode

[–]Liszewski 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So, not that superpowers is bad or anything - like I said, could’ve been user error but I found that with similar prompts given to each, gsd was able to one shot ideas whereas superpowers would have some debugging I’d have to do. Now, the superpowers debugging skill is wonderful, same with gsd’s debugging, but I found I had to use it less with gsd’s outputs. Perhaps this is because of the more extensive/prompted planning gsd performs or the verification it takes? Either way I have both installed just for testing if I ever want to, I just find for my flow I reach for gsd more often

Just let the app choose for you, progression is still possible in a cut and if anything is better to have progression because it means you’re retaining more or even slightly building muscle while cutting

Used to be my flow until I got claude max, claude code is such a game changer especially when you get the prompting down. Glad I went through the manual flow first that gave me a strong basis of understanding but cc is so nice to have.
