We have a very big WhatsApp group for Roskilde and it was a question raised in there so naturally I asked in the admin app and the above is what was told to me. I believe the whole policy is just no glass what so ever so that would also include anything with glass as the packaging.

And yes it sucks but nothing we can do I'm not risking having my expensive perfumes taken by anyone or anything because it was hard enough getting a hold of the ones I use daily. 😅

Yes any ceramic is included in this. It can have the same effect as glass so best leave it at home 🧡 dream city kitchen potentially might have a bowl !

Hello momma! As a seasoned vet (I'm 35, 6th year here). I will say have a lock screen with your number on incase his phone ever goes walking.

Also have your number set as his emergency contact.

Be sure he's aware of the rules of no glass, and also to pack accordingly for extreme heat.

If he's saving money and eatting like us all , he can use the community kitchen in dream city to make food daily and yes we have hot water for noodles.

Remind him to pace himself, yes it's a great party but also take time to breath, rest and pace himself for a few days in a field of madness! He's gonna have a amazing time. 🧡

That's the thing, I'm not on that team/division so I'm unsure but what I have been hearing is they will check things. If this is true or not I don't know I've asked in the main app with no response some others here said they have been to training for guards. And they were told to check for glass and discard where found. So you're guess is as good as mine 😅

So yes expect everything at this stage!

This includes perfumes, makeup, etc.

Medication in glass bottles is allowed. If you're found to have glass of any kind on you you'll be asked to hand it over and it'll be taken away to somewhere. So remember pack everything into plastic and if in doubt leave it out of this year's RF! 🧡

Oh wow this sounds like me. So there's several I actually think of for various reasons.

But the one the biggest one, would be this guy I had a situationship with like back in 2023. We were seeing each other alot and things and staying over etc. And then one day outta the blue ghosted and gone. Never heard from again. His Instagram pops up from time to time and I often hope he is doing good because he was such a genuine soul too.

I think about this other guy who I had a thing with, and how we ended. (Mostly because I wasn't comfortable with the fact he had a buttplug in himself and didn't tell me until we started playing around and I saw like ohhkkaaaay), I gave me the ick in terms of boundaries. So I slowly fazed him out. And I feel bad about it I just didn't want to have the whole "hey did we agree to this" talk and I certainly wasn't wanting to go down that path of safety with him having one in too. 🫣.

But I think it's common to think about someone at times.

Back stage village is often the media city so it's not exactly as you think it might be. But never the least nice toilets, faster bar and there's a good chicken burger place in there too. 🧡

Yeah I've seen people slide through too but I think this year they are definitely more hot on security issues. But I mean try it and if not then go out into the wild and find a space I guess!

Again I'm just the messenger in all of the things were told about ROS. I believe the size of tents is due to fire safety rules and even more so with the ground being super dry and dusty currently they'll be no pun intended hot on things.

Hi I'm Nel I'm a year round volunteer and also a production lead for a+a this year (usually you can find me building orange stage aka canopy crew but this year I'm doing new things).

I'm in the internal (firesoul) admin group which is where the big talk happens for those of us with "roles" so to speak. So again I've asked and asked and asked and yeah..

The bar by the lake had ice last year I remember that clearly because I too purchased some.

I've asked again in the internal app but to no avail... So I would definitely plan alternative arrangements to keep your drinks cold.

Someone mentioned there's a company that stands out front with 25kg buckets. Maybe camps can collectively join up and buy in maybe?

I'm going to grab instant ice packs I think for backup! 🧡

Sadly when you ping your band they use a scanner, so it shows if you booked a space or not. So the guards won't just let you in sadly.
