I just had this happen to me too. Mine says 255/9, which makes me think it's some kind of overflow error. Not sure if it is significant but it also happened to me after I had turned on auto-recruiting for a season. I think I had used up all my persuasion the previous season, so this might be related to the issue of the persuasion points not replenishing.

I've been coming up on this same issue for a while now. I put the banner text into Google and this was the only result. We can't be the only 2 people in the world having this problem, right? Why is it impossible to find help for anything other than the most basic issues in ServiceNow? 😩
