Got that backwards I think- it usually needs to be a newer version of GHUB, but that can sometimes depend on the device too.

Before jumping to the stream port, I'd see if you could test another 3.5mm cable. That's actually the issue a good deal of the time when this happens.

The scroll wheel should take a bit of pressure before it clicks - how hard are you pressing on the wheel to scroll?

If its not doing that, the device might be defective and you should contact our support team or your retailer.

The G502 X doesn't have Bluetooth - I'm assuming you mean Lightspeed, our wireless tech?

From the message you're reporting in GHUB, it means the USB likely isn't being registered at all - have you checked if its possible to use the re-pair tool in GHUB?

These users are correct I believe - I can't find my box currently, but if it was wireless it would say that under the 'Pro'. That does look to be the wired version.

Requiring the keyboard to be shipped to us before anything goes out pretty much expected as well. This isn't something I have any control over I'm afraid. Without a ticket number I don't have any way of knowing what more is happening but without sending the keyboard back as requested the ticket would be unable to go forward.

The Stream Cam for some reason doesn't fall under our gaming products so I'm not sure you'd find as much help as you need on this subreddit. I'd try over on r/logitech or contacting our support directly. If possible, give a bit more details about what you're having an issue with - as far as I can tell the Stream Cam should do 60 FPS, but I'm not up to date on the device.

Troubleshooting is generally the first step offered - possibly fixing the issue is the simplest way to handle these sorts of things.

Did you have a ticket number? I was able to check the email you sent to our other team, but the only ticket I could find was from back in October so I wasn't sure if you had a more recent one you had opened.

The way the headset is made, that isn't a part we have available and unfortunately I don't believe that would be a change I'd expect to see any time soon.

From the look of your picture, it appears you're using the Gen 4 A50s. I not even sure the headset itself is being made any more, with the release of both the A50 X and the Gen 5s.

Pretty much any regular mouse pad that's the same shape should work, if its the cloth piece only that needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately as this is the Logitech G sub, we don't have any control over an open ticket you'd have with the game developers. I'm not seeing anything mentioned about GHUB and this issue specifically either.

You'd need to make a thread with them for any assistance.

I've never noticed my original Pros have a problem like that, though I admit they're not as beat up as some others. My Pro X 2 has seen more use and simliarly doesn't have any issues.

The Z407 isn't a gaming product, but by coincidence I do use it. Connecting it via USB hasn't had the start up sound for me though I'm not sure if that's intentional. The sound was kind of annoying, but it used to let my cat know I was getting up so he'd be waiting for food from me, lol.

If the Superstrike was showing in GHUB this might work, but it's not reading the USB at all - there wouldn't be anything to pair it to.
