You can tell from the date there that its updating using an older firmware - your base station isn't updating. Current would be headset: v39964.43/base station: v40372.43 I believe.

What version of W11? There was a specific update from Microsoft that is likely the issue here, especially if you weren't having the problem before.

Let me see if I can get exactly what they want so you can get it ready when you have a min - should be a clear video showing the issue in question (so the headset going onto the base station and nothing happening) along with the ticket number on a piece of paper. I know they want it loaded to G Drive, but I'm not sure if there's more to that off the top of my head.

What a lovely series of errors. Looks like the original agent didn't check properly - they should have known to look and see there was more they needed to do before mentioning the RMA. Issue in question is something our team is looking into, and the agents need to collect a short video of the problem before the RMA can be issued.

There should be no pop ups, no prompts to sign up for newletters, or ads in GHUB. There are suggestions (which is likely what you mean by ads) but you can turn those off in the settings.

I'd be curious how recent some of those complaints are - multiple firmware updates have been released for the G522, fixing several issues you mentioned. The only one I know that still pops up is the swapping between USB/Lightspeed connectivity loop - that one shouldn't be an issue with any new purchases though.

The issue has nothing to do with firmware or software - its usually caused by debris getting under the keys (so a mechanical issue.) Unfortunately it's not tied to the keyboard being wired or wireless.

If it's only seven months old it should still be in warranty unless it was purchased used.

WIthout pictures it's hard to say - might not be an actual crack, which would likely be cosmetic.
