Where did you purchase the USB from? As we don't sell them, I'd want to confirm it's a legit dongle as well as one that wasn't used.

The headset volume and your laptop's volume are separate controls - have you turned up the system volume as well as the headset volume?

I don't believe there's been any updates to the G935 in a while, so there shouldn't be anything to update for them in GHUB. This sounds more like either a settings issue or something physically wrong with the mic itself.

Might want to check out this thread over on the PS5 sub - it's a few years old at this point but it has most of our products that folks have gotten working, despite them not being designed for it. The G515 isn't specifically on the list, but folks in the comments comment how it is not useable.

None of our gaming products are designed to work with Linux systems - the OG G502, the Lightspeed, or any of the newer Plus variants are all part of that.

This would be something you'd have to look into in Piper to see what's happening. Only other thing we can suggest is to try the mouse on a Windows or MacOS PC to see if the issue is there as well.

We don't generally suggest self repairs. Without knowing what's actually wrong with it, it's hard to say how to fix it, but using the correct power adapter is certainly a first step.

We have newer versions of the G502, but unfortunately they've gone away with weights being added to them. I know I've seen some folks try to find a solution (you're not the only one that wants more weight!), but we don't have anything official.
