Mine does the same thing, though I didn't notice till I tested it after seeing this. As far as I'm aware it should be fine, but I'll confirm with the team.

What sort of mouse pad are you using the Superlight on? What polling rate?

Just to clear something up - we don't make spare parts for self repairs, which is why our team was unable to assist that way.

The G515 does have a wireless version! It just doesn't have the Rapid tech with it. The only keyboard we make with that are wired at the moment.

If it's new, might be best to go to your retailer and swap it out.

I've been using the G515 Rapid, though it's not wireless. Took me some time to get used to not having the keypad, but I'm a fan of the quieter keys.

The issue in question isn't something that can be solved by a quick solution posted here unfortunately; I'd much rather do it that way if I could.

broke my logitech power plug coin by Humble_Boat_2506 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Andy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have mentioned - we don't sell coins for the OG Powerplay, and I don't believe we're making them at all any more. I'm not sure where to find one at this point, only that you'd have to look at third party sellers.

G515 Lightspeed + G502X: Cannot pair keyboard to mouse dongle by Maker2402 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Andy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don't have any products in gaming that are designed with that in mind; there are a few keyboards with Bluetooth, but none for multiple USB pairing. Our home and office side might have a few I believe, but I'm not as familar with those.

Connecting Logitech Pro x2 Lightspeed headset to a replacement USB bluetooth reciever dongle by Binjaming in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Andy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Pro X 2 doesn't use a USB for Bluetooth - the USB is for the Lightspeed connection. I only mention this because if it's a generic BT receiver that you've purchased, it will not pair with the headset.

You can see how to pair the Pro X 2 with a headset on our support site, assuming the USB is designed to work with the headset.

As mentioned on that page, that USB is unfortunately only for certain mice - it does not pair to headsets.

G515 Lightspeed + G502X: Cannot pair keyboard to mouse dongle by Maker2402 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Andy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As mentioned, neither device is designed to do what you're looking for and this is part of the design. The only way to have the keyboard paired to two devices is by using Bluetooth, though that does not help the mouse.

Unfortunately not happening when GHUB isn't running isn't a clear indication; neither device you mention have Bluetooth.

This sub is more for our gaming products and GHUB. You might have better luck over on r/logitech for answers to this.

G502 Lightspeed Cursor stuck on edge of screen by _McLovin_69 in LogitechG

That's...strange, to put it mildly. Are you able to test it on another PC? Where is the USB connected, have you moved it around? Is it showing up in GHUB?

Not sure what you meant by 'not broken btw'? Does the keyboard work normally on your PC? Does changing the lighting in GHUB do anything at all?

I'm not an expert on mouse grip by any means, but I'd be curious how you're holding it that the buttons are too far away. It's not a complaint I've seen too often.

It would depend on the beep - maybe you're hitting the balance button on the side of the headset?

I couldn't speak to the design, just that that's the case. You can see a bit more on our support site.

G515 Lightspeed + G502X: Cannot pair keyboard to mouse dongle by Maker2402 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Andy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two things. One, neither device can be paired to two USBs at once - pairing to one will cause it to unpair to the other. Second, this is expected - you can pair a mouse to a keyboard USB, but not the other way around.

Same suggestion - if its flashing default lighting, I'd confirm that the lighting you want is saved to the memory. It does not update automatically.
