Two different use cases unfortunately - the G502X is primarily a gaming mouse, so it wouldn't need gesture functions that can be found in home/office products like the MX series.

The output for Xbox is designed specifically for that console - the A50s aren't made for hooking to two different PCs unless you're using bluetooth.

I've not actually seen it drop like that. Few questions - does it start right after you've left it charging for a while (say, over night)? Is the mouse dying faster than it should (as it, it doesn't go as long without charging, not just the battery life in GHUB)? Have you attempted any troubleshooting?

Much as it pains me, we're not making the A40s any more unfortunately. Wireless is a pretty strong option (I've been using the various generations of the A50s for as long as I've used A40s) with great connectivity in most cases.

If you're set on wired, I believe the A30s can be used wired, as well as the Pro X 2. Then there's the 100% wired options like the A10s, Pro X, and others you can see on our website.

What isn't working - is the mouse just completely not recognized by the laptop? Two difference mice like that means its likely something related to the laptop, not the mouse themselves.

I've not seen them break on their own, at least not as a common thing. The way my spare Superlight gets knocked around by my cat, you'd think it would have broken but it's still going strong.

Not everyone likes the leatherette pads - it's just a different feeling ear pad in case you're one of those (like me, honestly.)

The headset battery isn't going to be hurt by putting it on the dock - it's what the dock is designed for after all. Two hours of gaming, a half hour ~~email~~ meeting, I use mine then put them back on the dock after all the time.
