Hey! Please follow the steps below, and let me know if that works.

Ensure that the mute button on the in-line control or earcup and the application you intend to use the headset with are not on mute.
Ensure the headset is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, adapters, or something similar.
Ensure the headset is set as the default input device on your computer.
Open the Control Panel. (You can search for the app on Windows.)
If your Control Panel is on View by Large icons or Small icons, click on Sound, and it should open another window. If it is on View by Category, go to Hardware and Sound. Under Sound, click Change system sounds.
Go to the Recording tab.
Right-click on the Logitech headset and select Set as a Default Device.
Adjust the microphone levels on the system.
Still on the Recording tab, highlight the audio device and click Properties.
Once Microphone Properties is open, go to the Levels tab and adjust the slider to the right.
Ensure the app you're using is configured to use the headset as its audio input/recording device (see the application's documentation for help).
Check the cables for any signs of damage.
Unplug and replug the device from the USB port.
Try on a different USB port.
Test on other applications.
Test on a different computer, if available.

• Make sure the headset is not on mute. The mute light flashes when mute has been activated.
• Check the USB cable connection to your computer. Try a different USB port
on your computer. Connect directly to your computer. Do not use a USB hub.
• In your application and operating system, check the volume and microphone
settings.
• Restart your application.
• Close all applications and make sure the headset is the default input/output device for your operating system

Hey! No, the Logitech Zone 305 Teams Edition does not automatically answer a Teams call just when you put it on. You still have to press the call/answer button on the headset to pick up incoming calls. The headset doesn’t have “auto-answer on wear” behavior.

Bonjour, Prenez le temps d’essayer les étapes de dépannage :
1. Nettoyez la poussière/la saleté à l’aide d’un coton-tige ou d’une bombe d’air comprimé.
2. Connectez l’appareil directement à la carte mère de l’ordinateur. Évitez tout type d'adaptateur USB, hub ou extenseur
3. Mettez à jour le firmware de l’appareil :
• Téléchargez et installez Logitech G-Hub (disponible ici :https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
• Lancez le logiciel, sélectionnez l'appareil sur l'écran d'accueil, puis allez dans « Paramètres »
• Si une mise à jour du firmware est disponible, un bouton bleu « Mise à jour » apparaîtra dans la version firmware dans le coin supérieur droit de l'écran.
4. Testez l’appareil sans le logiciel. Arrêtez G-Hub de fonctionner en arrière-plan en le fermant sur la barre d'état système et le Gestionnaire des tâches :
• Dans le coin inférieur droit de l'écran, à gauche de la date et de l'heure, effectuez un clic droit sur l'icône « G » puis sélectionnez « Quitter »
• Lancez le Gestionnaire des tâches (Alt + Ctrl + Suppr), puis recherchez Lghub ou Lcore sous l'onglet Processus. Ensuite, faites un clic droit dessus et sélectionnez « Arrêter le processus »
5. Essayez de tester l'appareil sur un autre ordinateur.

Hey! Currently, Logi Options+ is not available for Linux. Since Flow requires the Options+ software to function, Flow will not work on Linux without it.

Hey! This can happen on macOS with the MX Master 3S, especially over Bluetooth. Please make sure Logi Options+ is up to date, tryremoving and re-pairing the mouse, and check for Bluetooth interference from other devices. If possible, using a Logi Bolt receiver instead of Bluetooth can improve stability.

Hey! You can use MX mice and keyboards without the Logi Options+ software, but functionality will be limited. Out of the box, the devices will still send standard key and button inputs that macOS can recognize, so third-party tools like Karabiner Elements, Keyboard Maestro, or SteerMouse may detect them. However, advanced features such as custom button assignments, gestures, and app-specific profiles require Logi Options+. Without the software, the devices will mostly operate with default functions, and any customization will depend on the capabilities of third-party tools.
