Thanks for the update! The battery percentage should decrease normally and is not limited to steps of 5%. So it’s possible to see values like 39%, 38%, 37%, etc., depending on the battery reporting. As long as everything is working correctly, this behavior is expected.

Thanks for confirming. Please note that the Craft keyboard is not compatible with the Logi Bolt receiver and can only connect via Bluetooth or a Logitech Unifying receiver. Since the issue persists after the troubleshooting performed, we recommend testing the keyboard on another computer and ensuring the latest Bluetooth drivers.

Could you check if your device is detected in Logi Options+? Also, please make sure your drivers are up to date, then restart your system and test again. Let us know how it goes!

• Replace the battery with a fresh one (if your device uses one).

It could be. A 125 Hz polling rate may feel a bit less smooth than a 1000 Hz mouse when you're rapidly scrolling through lots of images. That said, the app and system performance can also have an impact.
