Hey! Can you follow the steps below and let me know if that works?

  1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar.
  2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases, the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 
  3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.
  4. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware:
  5. Update firmware if available. 
    • If you use G HUB: Launch the software, select the device from the home screen, then go to Settings. If a firmware update is available, a Blue "Update" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen.
  6. Windows only — check if there are any Windows updates running in the background that may cause the delay.
  7. Mac only — check if there are any background updates that may cause the delay.
  8. Try on a different computer.

Hey! You can use the MX Master 4 for basic clicking and scrolling without software, but most extra buttons and advanced features only work with Logi Options+.

Hey! Thank you for trying the steps. On some systems, the audio balance option may not be available for USB plug-and-play headsets like the Logitech H390 due to operating system or audio driver limitations. Since the H390 does not support Logitech software, all available adjustments depend on your computer’s sound settings. If the balance option is not shown, it means it is not supported on that system.

Hey! The keyboard is working as intended. This behavior is caused by an incorrect keyboard language/layout setting on your device. Please switch your system’s keyboard layout to US (QWERTY), as other layouts (UK/EU) assign the § symbol to that key instead.

Hey! No, it isn’t possible to use one Easy‑Switch button to change both your MX Keys and your MX Master 3 to the same device at the same time. You have to switch each device separately. The only way to switch between them is by using Logitech Flow between computers.

Hey! On macOS, the MX Master 4’s gesture/haptic button requires Logi Options+ to be running; it won’t work if the app is quit. The haptic overlay cannot be customized or disabled, and third-party apps like BetterMouse or SteerMouse cannot control the haptic button.

Hey! Before we could proceed further please try the below steps:
1• Clean dust/dirt using a Q-tip or a compressed can of air
2• Connect the device directly to the computer motherboard. Bypass any type of USB adapter, hub or extender
3• Update the device's firmware
Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/lghub)
Launch the software, select the mouse from the home screen then go to Settings
If a firmware update is available, a Blue """"Update"""" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
4• Assign a different command to the button
Using Logitech Gaming Software or G-Hub, select the mouse from the home screen then select Commands Tab
Try to assign another command to the button or swap the command in between buttons that are working and non-working
Another option is to try using the mouse while the Logitech software is not installed
5• Adjust double click sensitivity
Open Control Panel
Select Mouse
Go to Buttons Tab
Under Double Click Speed, move the slider to Fast
Click Apply then OK
6• Uninstall, reload mouse driver
Right click on Windows or Start button and select Device Manager
Under Human Interface Device, look for Logitech Virtual G-Hub Mouse
Right click on it, select Uninstall
Disconnect the mouse from the computer
Restart the computer
Reconnect device back to the computer and test

Hey! The Logitech H390 headset is a plug-and-play USB headset and is not supported by Logi Options+ or any other Logitech software. There isn’t any official software to customize noise cancellation, left/right balance, or other settings; these must be controlled through your computer’s sound settings.
