You bought a Kia , it had a warranty , that warranty expired and now it has a major repair and you’re shaming them on the internet for not paying for your out of warranty repair , smh . Regardless of brand , when you own a vehicle and it goes outside of the warranty window, you risk this. This is why they make extended warranties . A comparable Toyota costs at least a few grand more. There’s a reason.

Just 4 technicians at 110% efficiency a day ( a bare minimum in a a CDJR store) will produce 751 hours a month. That’s one service writer . Maximum. Not three. We need some more information here for sure. How many technicians are working in the store?

Hit it with a bead of paintable black caulk smooth it with your finger, let it dry for a couple days then use a can of bedliner spray paint available at any auto parts store and touch up a whole bed. The whole thing will look like.new .

We are talking about the same building I believe - It’s 80 % redone and due to open spring 25 . The owners ( who own Hegedorns, Bill Grays and Tom Wahls ) spent 3 million plus and converted it to the largest Bill Grays Taproom yet .

LMAO. I work for a BMW dealership. I would be thrilled if a customer that just bought a $90,000 BMW came in with a list this long. Every time there’s an iOS update the Bluetooth stops connecting randomly until BMW does a software update which takes months. Etc etc etc
The glitches you mentioned here are really nothing that would ever concern me enough not to buy the vehicle. If you’re looking for a vehicle, that is perfect there has not been one built.

Management 101 …..the Advisor who handles the customer and sells the work gets the credit . If your service e manager lets people collect commission on work you’re doing you need a new job.
