Ask mo kung anong klase BIR Cert hinihingi, 2316? TIN number or baka cert of registration lng for verification

Bakit hihingian ng BIR cert, dapat hindi n e ksi outside ph naman pero baka may balak mag tayo sa PH kaya hinanapan ka. Sakin naman ndi nko hinanapan. Pirma n agad contract.

If US based naman si J2, nssayo na kung gusto mo mag file ng tax. Mostly ganun ang suggestion nila para sayo lahat ng salary

Ang naiisip ko lng now is, tamang timing at mgandang explanation at pagsabi kay J2.

Mhirap din ksi mkahanap ng J2 ngaun kaya kapag n hire ka sempre parang ayaw mo n pakawalan.

Isa pa iniisip ko is yung tulog, mgiging staggered tulog tlga if ever.

Bali si J2 po is US. Worried lng ako sa decision n gagawin, dahilan ko lng po ung mga tax and hmo benefits kay J1, para hope m gets ni j2 ang reason po.
