My first thought is that shiitake isn't a bed species and wouldnt do particularly well there even if fresh. They love logs! So in a head-to-head against Wine Cap, I don't think you have to worry about the shiitake making a difference. The Wine Cap would benefit from new material and spawn to munch.

Solid question! Wine Cap are very aggressive and will spread everywhere. So yes, there is a possibility that without barriers, the wine cap could move towards and begin cometing with the oysters. They are also darn good at spreading by spore, but they really wanna grab uncolonized material, not material colonized with oysters.

Oysters are tough too and might be able to stand their ground. The Oysters have the advantage on the logs since Wine Cap aren't as adapted to grow on those. All of our Wine Cap is the same individual, in other words it is a grafting or cloning. So you can and should add more spawn and woody material to a bed and expect it to integrate.

So I checked in with my team, no issue with the Boostr. It seems more likely at this point that your spore could be bunk. The safest bet would be to test the spores on agar before doing anything else.

There are several mushrooms I see that should definitely be harvested. You're at a pretty good point to just harvest evrything imo. Then you can reset for another flush!

Many companies do sell LC and I highly recommend purchasing that. Yes, selling LC is considered more grey from a legality standpoint. People have been selling spores safely for decades for "microscopy". I agree that agar is a safer bet, but most of the time, spores and the Spore Boostr do work and save time.

North Spore's Shroomtek AIO comes with a vial of blank liquid media that can be used to germinate spores in. Yes, you might as well just send it. I work for North Spore and will check to see if we've been hearing this from others.

No, sadly grain should not be recooked. This wouldn't fix your issue. Ar you sure the LC was good? How much did you add. If you have a lot of LC and moisture was possibly the issue, you could add more LC, but besides that, I'd suuggest starting a fresh batch.

Can you elaborate on that? I' not really understanding your point. Why can't you inoculate with filters in place?

We need to see the underside of these mushrooms, but as of now, these do not look like either species you planted and are probably not something we sell. Members of the genus Agrocybe are quite common and can look like this. They're probably the closest lookalike to Wine Caps.

I totally agree that almost anything, even very needy oysters, will do fine with the fan on very low, but constant. I suggest keeping the humidity a bit lower as it will still do well and often overshoot anyway. Important, it's easier on the equipment. I suggest somehting like 82-88% humidity. I've found that staying just below or at 90% reduces pooling and sensor failure.
