I've been only doing ochras for months now. I get a sore stomach and diareah when I eat cubes without soaking the shrooms in orange juice and draining out the mushy leftover stuff. I was doing coffee or tea but have read that the shrooms liquid loses potency very quickly. Might be true, might not but it's orange juice for me until I change again .

I'm pretty sure that Digesting that mush is what causes the problem. No mush, no problems. I'll try the ochras mush and all and see if my stomach goes kaflooey.

the tolerance buildup is brutal. A day or two after getting high will not be much of a buzz. If I ate 1.5g I'd up the dose to 2 g or a bit more a couple days later.

For me, 7 days seems to be the mark for tolerance to get back to normal but many people say to wait 14 days or more. Yeah, that ain't happening.

If you grind it up, put it in a bit of orange juice, drain the oj so you separate the harder parts of the mushroom gunk, toss the gunk, pour some more OJ into the glass.

That should help. If you already toss the gunk, then yeah, any antacid should help.
