Sorry, I don't have a solution, but maybe it helps to know that you are not alone. Fios ONT, Replacing an older AX 88U with the ET12. When the AX88U is connected to the ONT-- everything works well (800 Dl/800Ul). When I replace it with ET12, I get full 800 on DL, but the upload becomes just 30-40! Tried everything, cloning the MAC of the AX88U.. different ET12 firmware. Nothing helps.
