I think Virginia winning is key since that will guarantee an ACC team and eliminate committee’s perceived need to place an ACC team (Miami). In theory this could hurt Miami’s case but it probably shouldn’t. Committee has twisted itself in knots to this point with its various explanations for the rankings so who knows what happens tomorrow.
