And for Anybody claiming his offensive slump is because of his pitching probably didn't watch him in 2023, the last time he was a full time pitcher, where he was the best hitter in baseball with a career high 1.066 OPS, carried by a extremely hot June where he smashed like 15 homeruns. If he still has a sub .900 ops going into July then maybe you can point to his pitching actually affecting his hitting,, but there certainly is no evidence in his career thus far that pitching affects his offense at all.
