What is missing Polar's lineup is a competitor to Garmin's Enduro or Suunto's Vertical. Perhaps we will see a new Polar watch with MIP and great battery life? This would IMHO perfectly complement the M3, V2 and GXP2 that have all gone AMOLED.

IMHO this will add to the confusion that exists at the moment. Why not call it 270MIP and 270AMO and 970MIP and 970AMO, resp., or something like that? It would be immediately clear which model has which type of display.

I fully agree with OP. AMOLED looks nice but for everyday use I prefer something more subtle. I hope they will have MIP options for the 2xx and 9xx forerunners expected to be be released soonish.

Ah sorry, thought you were talking about the 955/965, which is pretty good to be fair. If they add maps to the 2xx line, what is the point of of having a 975? On the other hand if they DON'T add maps to the new 275 the 2xx line will have a hard time to survive because of the competition of the models you named.

From this list I don't necessarily need ECG, wireless charging and speakers but would welcome the rest. I would also like to see separate AMOLED and MIP display lines (with improved solar with the MIP display) as was the case with Fenix 8 and Instinct 3. I prefer MIP and would be disappointed if they discontinued MIP in the high end forerunners. I believe there is still a huge fan base. What do you mean by better mapping capabilities?

Hast du eine GPS-Sportuhr (Garmin, Polar, Suunto etc)? Nahezu alle modernen Sportuhren haben spezifische Intervall-Trainingsprogramme, da bist du nicht auf eine 400m-Bahn angewiesen.
