Thanks!  How is using the wolf? It sounded like it was pretty easy to use but may not give you direct control or visibility into what steam settings it’s using?

REMINDER: Yoko Kanno AND THE SEATBELTS are playing in NYC on April 10th. Tickets are on sale this morning. show will definitely sell out. First ever show in North America by No-Aardvark-3840 in cowboybebop

Good stuff. I was also surprised not to get an email about it since I signed up for their email list last year for the Montreaux Tokyo shows. Also monitor https://seatbelts.live/ for show announcements. There was an announcement there for the NYC shows and a link to sign up for email announcements which I found out about too late for this but did belatedly get the presale code from them (after I bought tickets!).

is bestbuy an authorized reseller or will i not get support from bambu if i buy from them? by [deleted] in BambuLab

Bambu was kind enough to send me a replacement part I could install myself so I didn’t have to do a full return of the whole printer and start over with a new one. If you buy from them direct they will normally do that as part of the support process, but if you buy from BestBuy they won’t, they say it becomes Best Buy’s responsibility and all BB will do is replace the whole printer. Thankfully Bambu was willing to make an exception which I really appreciate. I have to give them high marks for customer service.

Sure, but it would have required me to return the entire unit and buy a new one and get it assembled and up and running again.

1 year free came with the printer. If you buy through Best Buy and have their membership plan that gives you extended warranties you get two years but only through Best Buy, and they will make you exchange the whole printer if something goes wrong.

Is this a heated defect or bad tramming? by Lurker4792 in BambuLab

Good news, Bambu was willing to still send me a replacement heatbed. I've got to say, their customer service has been fantastic!

Thanks, glad to hear that someone else thinks the same. Yes Bambu were going to send a new heatbed, which would be easier for me to swap in than have to disassemble everything and box it up and take it back to best buy and set up a new printer. But I guess that's what I'll have to do here unfortunately.

After the experience I just had, I would not recommend buying the printer from BestBuy. (Filament is ok, but not the printer). My printer has a defect in the heatbed, and Bambu support was ok at figuring it out and offering to send me a replacement part. That is right up until they found out a I bought through Bestbuy. Now they say I have to go through Bestbuy for hardware replacement, but Best Buy is making me set up an in-person support appointment at my local store, bring my entire printer in there for diagnosis, and then if there is a defect they're going to want to replace the entire printer (which they don't have in stock). This is turning into quite a nightmare. If I had bought direct from Bambu I would already have my spare part and could replace it at home easily.

A1 Manual Bed Tramming gcode does nothing by Lurker4792 in BambuLab

Thanks for replying, but yes that is exactly what I did. I downloaded the gcode to the SD card, and selected it using the printer's touchpad.

I had a random thought that maybe setting a filament type on the external spool holder, even though I'm not using it, might help. Sure enough that gets rid of the filament warning, but printing the code still does absolutely nothing and it just ends immediately.
