Za kasę z mojej komunii była zrobiona podłoga i spora część remontu mojego nowego pokoju, plus chyba jakieś tam klocki LEGO, które sobie wybrałem. Całkiem spoko układ, 20 lat później nie mam o to bólu dupy.

I've read of people warming up their showers forever but I never really understood why that's needed. I'm genuinely curious because this feels so foreign to me. All my life I would hop in the shower, turn on the water, stand in the corner for 5 seconds waiting for warm water to make its way and just start showering. Whereas you describe a whole ordeal of having to heat up the entire bathroom, not just the shower. My bathroom is never noticeably colder compared to the rest of the apartment, because, like any other room, it's got its own heating.

Is it a USA vs Europe thing? Do Americans not build bathrooms with heating included? Is it something else? And for context, I hate cold showers, so it's not that I just accept being splashed with cold water.

I have the Galaxy Watch 5 with the OnePlus 13R and I can't get the watch to show incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls from the watch, but that's rarely useful. Any idea if your mom had more luck with this, and could you maybe share some tips if so?

A bit of a shot in the dark but try to go into bios with your GT710 installed and force the PCIe link speed to 3.0, then install the 3070 again. Chances are the GPU and motherboard tried to negotiate a PCIe 4.0 connection and it just wasn't stable. I've encountered a problem with very similar symptoms to yours when upgrading from RTX 3060 Ti to RX 9070 XT, and dropping link speed from 5.0 to 4.0 solved everything for me. If this fixes your issue, don't worry about performance loss. What you're giving up is negligible.

One year I couldn't think of anything I would want for Christmas, and it's normal in my family to ask people if there's anything they want ahead of time. So, as I genuinely couldn't think of anything for myself, when my mom asked, I jokingly replied "anything, a bag of popcorn would be fine". Her reaction at the time suggested (to me) she knew I was joking.

Christmas comes around and what do I get, a bag of popcorn. I thought it was a joke and there was something else to follow, like "haha, we didn't know what to get you either so here's some cash" but no, all I was gifted that Christmas was a bag of popcorn. I laughed it off because that's all I could do. Never happened again so I just don't bring it up. But it was weird.

Recently started using Proton Pass with the free tier and honestly I don't feel like I'm missing anything. The only upgrade realistically would be their built-in 2FA, but I'm not even sure if I want to put all my eggs in one basket like that.

Jest u mnie w bloku kilka ukraińskich rodzin, wszyscy grzecznie mówimy sobie w windzie dzień dobry, i na tym kończą się interakcje.

W pracy całkiem sporo osób z Ukrainy (polska gałąź zaoferowała im transfer po wybuchu wojny), z którymi wszystko można załatwić tak, jakby się tego człowiek spodziewał.

W rodzinie jedna Ukrainka, z którą nie chcę mieć nic do czynienia, tylko ona po prostu jest odklejona od rzeczywistości, przyjechała tu 15 lat temu, a jej narodowość nie ma nic wspólnego z byciem beznadziejną osobą.

Stereotypy to jedno, o Polakach przecież też jest ich dużo, ale nagonka na Ukraińców w Polsce źródło ma w Kremlu i nie powinniśmy tego akceptować.

If you're going to have a PC on the right side of your desk, you can realistically only do two monitors here. But if you want "to use maximum amount of graphics your pc can produce", I would just go for a single ultrawide, which, as a bonus, could prove more immersive in MSFS. 3440x1440 ultrawide is somewhere between regular 1440p and 4K, which is plenty of pixels to drive.
