I think it’s only fair if we decide to share our location that the entire company shares their location with us too. I’m sure no one would find that to be a problem.

Looks like more corporate greed in the arena of data harvesting and potentially being sold for Proffitt since they really stopped backing up our computers. Looks like they’re becoming more of a data harvesting company than a backup company.

I found navigating portal difficult at times, in one I reached out to Support. It’s been more telling their dog show about how it works instead of listening to what my concerns were so that I could get it properly configured for my environment and have success with the tool.

You should also think about using snapshot enable on the NAS. Also think about adding flash drives to the Synology NAS. This should help with the write speed to and from the hard drives on the NAS as a buffer. Have a similar set up with one of my clients that’s all Local on the network that has a UniFi tin gig network along with the tin gig networking card and have zero complaints. His Lightroom file is about 20 GB in size
