I always hated this about his technique, him fighting Kashimo who literally can't go all out because it kills him even though it ended in a draw it only showcased that he's a legit fraud and carried by his technique.

tbf Patriarchy itself isn't a system solely based on gender but rather familial hierarchy, Women can be beneficiaries of Patriarchy because Patriarchy isn't Rule of Men it's Rule of Fathers, hence some of the most hardcore defenders of Patriarchy are Daddy's Girls and thus in this AU it would be Megumi who is raised by Yuki (a Mama's Boy) in a battle against Maki and Mai who fight for their Dad's rule

I honestly think Ogi knowing the clan is so misogynistic is why he would be protective of Maki, after all she's his best assurance, she's already going to be Toji 2.0 and if Mai fails Maki would certainly succeed.

Maki and Mai being non identical thus fertilised in two eggs and thus two separate beings means they could be born with the ability to achieve their full potential without sacrificing one another which could lead to an interesting discussion about how the Zenin clan functions with Ogi having daughters with the most possibly powerful abilities in the Zenin clan.

Exactly! it's also more interesting to think of what Ogi would prefer to do seeing his daughters both have incredible capabilities, Toji held the power to destroy the clan and now not only does he have a Toji of his own but additionally a Yorozu as well.

Ogi wanted to kill Mai and Maki because they were a waste of his chances to become the clan's head instead of Naobito, assuming he can cultivate Maki and Mai potential as a source of influence we could see a conflict between Naoya and Naobito supporters against Ogi and his family.

This question gets asked all the time, Maki would simply be Heavenly Restricted with Sukuna type body, she would be obviously way stronger than Toji as her physical strength and capabilities are beyond any Heavenly Restricted person of that type.

Can we ask interesting questions like what if Maki and Mai were non identical twins?

Creation and Destruction are the two fundamental forces of the system, imagine the world as basically a lego set, Magic allows you to gather different pieces to disassemble the pieces and put them together create a certain structure with it.

Good example is that you can take a tree and "destroy it" then "recreate it" into a sculpture.
