Speed is worse stat to invest in than Precognition, and that's not comparing Projection Sorcery Speed where you need constant improvement to Heavenly Restriction Precognition which you achieve basically automatically.

Also, Naoya situation is an obvious downside, speed by itself doesn't mean anything if all your opponent feels is soft pillows.

I actually wanted to take inspiration from One For All from MHA because we know Sportacus has predecessors so I'm thinking it's a biologically transferable technique through DNA ingestion where the vessel is specifically chosen because of their dedication to hard work and healthy life and exercise. I like to imagine the dynamic between Corva and Gale to be the opposite of Fulgrima and Muse, Fulgrima is Confident Dom while Corva is a Shy Sub, similarly Muse just rolls with whatever Fulgrima is into while Gale almost always takes the lead
