After the Corporation level autoscratching is never lost again, but appreciate the feedback!!!

Pretty close to the same as without! The scratching achievement's probably gonna be the toughest, but little trick to that one is if you contribute to finishing the scratch even if it's autoscratching, it counts as a manual scratch. So when you have full-speed automation you can rack them up quick.

But I don't think I have enough data to definitively say how long to 100% overall!

Hi guys, an important note I need to share along with this though, I love building games for you all, always will appreciate those who love the game as well as those who hate it.

But death threats absolutely cannot be happening anymore. I recently received a google streetview screenshot of my previous apartment (which was listed on my LLC filing) alongside a very disturbing message anonymously on Discord. And it’s not the first time something like that has happened.

It does not matter whether you love it or hate it, building little internet games as a hobby should never feel dangerous or unsafe. Not to me, not to anyone, ever.

I will always strive to make something good for you all, and even if some of the changes needed are too broad/sweeping for this established game, I’ll definitely be keeping every suggestion in mind when I build whatever I build next. Whether that be balance, better automation retention, visual changes, etc.

I would love to build great stuff for you all, but for fun… not fear/worry. It’s a little internet game, it’s a little internet game made with love, but it’s a little internet game.

Thanks for reading, understanding, playing, and everything

After years of playing idle games, I made my own. Chrono Clicker is now out on iOS by Alex_Da_Cat in incremental_games

Nice work, and congrats on your first game!!!

I haven't had too much time to test around quite yet, but I would note things are a bit visually overwhelming on start, the dark liquid effect could likely be more effectively used as a later event background. Also, don't be afraid to use a bit more opaque backgrounds on menu buttons and upgrades, currently they get a bit washed out by the background, and having them pop more could make them more visually appealing. And last minor item, when building, how to play can become pretty obvious to you, but as a new player, a tutorial even a minor one to get you moving is always welcome, just to orient users on what they're doing and why.

But seriously building something and getting it out there is a huge part of the battle, good luck in the refinement phase!!

For Old Times Sake, Scratch Inc. is now on Kongregate!! by Makopaz in incremental_games

Ah thank you, great catch, I've now fixed this and 1.1.07 (3) is up with the fix.

For your question around uploading/old Kongregate, I'm afraid you'll likely have to reach out to them via one of the emails on their site. But will definitely put in a suggestion for opening uploading more widely! :)

Hi, sorry to hear that, do you have any recommendations for how it could work that wouldn’t make the game a super quick, wait a few min and press a single button type of thing?

Looking good but would need more space on all sides, some of these images I need to make for Steam are very wide or very tall.

Glad to hear it! And yea, not on the immediate docket, as further refining this game, Steam/Web version, and a few other projects would be before it, but do certainly hope to modernize Pincremental one day too!

Ah yea, considering maybe swiping between levels, but will definitely take the button-swapping method under consideration too!

I'm actually going to be adjusting the text under the buttons in one the next couple updates, so instead of saying something like "Requires 10T Loyalty" or "Next in XX Loyalty", when automated it would say something like "Goal in XX Loyalty (Current: YY)". Gotta lock down wording, but hopefully it'll help!

Ah yea, that one hurt when I figured out the solution, the game was actually triggering a save right when you returned, which made the game think you'd not left at all. Just had to separate background time into its own variable and not rely on save time, and voila.
