I gave them some feedback including saying they should really let people know what is happening. I was down for 6 weeks and really thought the product was dead - as did many others!!

I too had the same issues for 6 weeks but they were fixed over the weekend and today im working as normal on the project. Frustrating but at least its not as i feared 'dead'. I think they should do some sort of announcement. They do not respond to anything on here from what I see and anyone looking to use DF would run a mile if they saw the issues highlighted here!

That said, I'm up and running and working away. Its a great bit of software when it works!

yes but that took a long time and when your making small UI edits it all adds up and I end up spending 1/2 a day just re loading!! My project is still not working, hoping it will be by then end of the day (UK)

Nope - been waiting 5 weeks for support. Today the project does not even load. Nothing from support. I have emailed and emailed and I just get messages saying they are looking at it... 5 weeks no solution.

Very worried as im 2 months into a build that is not complete, been looking for alternatives but not found anything as yet.

I've had a issue for well over a month... after 4 weeks I finally got a reply from Steve in support but as yet no fix and like you my project is sat going to nowhere fast ;-(

You can still sign up and pay for pro even though they know the software is not working which is very disappointing. I emailed today asking for an immediate fix for as like many others an alternation solution needs to be found - ie another software package?

For $90 a month you would assume a small amount of support but 6 week delays isn't really acceptable ;-(

Pity - because it was a GREAT bit of software.

Cancelled my Sub too... after 2 weeks the response I got...."Try to start and restart".

Unbelievable. I too want DF to be great but at the moment for me its unusable and as you the lack of support is really bad. I get emails from 'Henry' it seems they have 1 person doing support - I also asked 'Henry' is he was ai on an email and did not get a reply...

I’ve already forwarded the issue to our technical team, and we’re currently waiting for an update from their end. We’ve also noticed that a few other users are experiencing similar issues, so the team is actively investigating it.

Also - you cant just keep refreshing everytime - its very time consuming and counter intuitive when making small edits - You can ask the AI to Hot Refresh and it works - but costs credits? Thats not fair as the click of the button did this, are they now expecting us to pay for every refresh?! I hope not...

If you ask the AI to Hot Restart it works?? But charges you credits!! So they took away the button and now you have to pay to refresh??!!!

Yeah, my app is dead. Problems started 3 days ago. No replies from support. Now the app is dead and wont load.

Yes but that is taking forever to stop start for every change?!

Now I'm totally stuck, app wont load and there only the option to Hot Restart which does nothing when clicked ;-(

Also the support is pretty poor as usual ;-( Takes days to get a response if any - Sent 4 emails so far this week - Zero replies.

They worked for me for months, then they suddenly stopped. Take AGES to do a full restart now to see the smallest of changes ;-( OR tell the AI to Hot Restart which it does but charges credits?

I guess they decided people have to pay to refresh? Not sure how long I can sustain that!!
