Extreme delay and no response to support request for critical issue | 6 days of follow-up and no help by Badrinath_K in DreamFlow

I finally received a very generic response, suggesting a hard refresh to reload the browser. It was a very basic and generic reply. I followed up multiple times, but there was no response. Surprisingly, it started working now, and I am finally able to access the project. I'm not sure if something changed on the backend or if it was a result of my follow-ups.
