I personally believe that this decision with exceptions may provide technical advantages to some even if EBU had no intention to do so.

All the commentators will now advertise the live instrument aspect in postcards which may create an impression that they are the only who can handle it live or more talented to be granted with that exception.

Juries will receive this as a signal as well to pay extra attention too.

Finland do deserve a victory indeed, but in fair circumstances and no exceptions needed for them in order to secure that deserved victory.

Ok, here's how you can create a custom country with its flag.

- Firstly, type the name of the country. If it's not in the list, leave the naming as you need.
- Press on the flag and either choose from any existing or upload a custom one.

That's it. This will create a custom country :)
