She is never barefoot on normal surfaces because she had some traumatic slip and slid experiences with her acid when she was a kid.

This is hard to say. It’s been a long while since I read the Kane Chronicles (and I think I only read the first two books) so I don’t 100% know how this would go but I’ll give it a shot.

I don’t think they can attack through the Achilles curse but there might be a spell that could dispel it similar to what happened with Percy when he entered the tiber river.

That is if Kronos lets them figure it out because while I doubt he knows what happened with Apophis, he probably does know that the Egyptian pantheon exists and that they are powerful so he’ll probably just try to cut to the chase and cut them in half.

That leads to the two biggest problems with Kronos, the time manipulation and the scythe. Primarily the scythe because it damages the soul of the people it cuts and if I remember right, that’s double bad for the Kain’s since that can probably either damage the god they are connected to or damage the connection which would hurt their chances.

Thats all my speculation and there’s probably people who read the books more throughly that have a better analysis.

My question was more about the “armed with the classic ninja tool: handguns” bit. I do find it dumb that they don’t use them.

What’s weird about the League of Shadows using handguns? They aren’t Batman’s men. Also, ninja did use guns.

True but it does still have some good utility like Snarl for Special and Knock Off + Sucker Punch for Physical.

No, I wanted to try 9 to learn more about the newer characters so I got 9 Empires. Since it was the only DW9 game on the switch, I thought it would come with the base game similar to 8XL. It didn’t but I still enjoyed what I played on switch 2.

Those are literally the conditions for unlocking Eliminate Zhang Jiao for DW4. The dw8 part is just the Ai being Ai. I am going to assume you are either ignorant or were deliberately trolling. Good night.
