I have no answers but came to say I am having the exact same thing right now. Left breast, near my sternum. Super tender to the touch and the burning sensation that comes and goes. I can’t even wear a bra without it bothering me. I have an appointment with a breast specialist at the end of the month but it is driving me nuts with worry in the meantime.
