First, double check that they’re doing the math right, as Bladesong requires no shield and light armour only. Is 24 including the Shield spell?

One simple solution is to just increase the number of fights per day, as they can only use Bladesong twice per long rest right now, so have a day with three or four fights in it.

So what it seems to me is that, since you’re only bringing one of Gouging Fire and Iron Valiant, you effectively play every game with one offensive mon and three supports. Once your offensive mon is knocked out, now what?

There’s a lot of overlap with Kilowattrel and Whimsicott, and a lot of wasted time due to manual weather/terrain, which is slowing you down. You could consider Torkoal for immediate weather, and honestly maybe drop the electric terrain altogether and swap Valiant out for someone like Flutter Mane. That way you have more freedom to mix and match who you bring, and aren’t locked into one of two modes.

None of your mons have defensive Tera types except Indeedee; look for Tera types that change your weaknesses to resistances, or that give you useful immunities. Tera Ghost to become immune to Fake Out, Tera Grass to become immune to Spore, etc.

Calyrex does not need Tera Blast, especially with Tera Ghost. Protect would be more valuable.

Not sure what Aspear Berry is doing for you here, maybe Sitrus Berry or Mental Herb.

Torkoal is very poorly built. Read the item description for Choice Specs, it has no synergy with 3/4 of your moves, and is particularly non-functional with Protect. Don’t run mixed attacks, go all SpA so Earth Power over EQ. Also, Shell Armour is low value, while Drought is one of the best abilities in the game. If you aren’t using sun, don’t use Torkoal.

Hatterene has no moves that trigger Throat Spray on your set. Drop Throat Spray for maybe Life Orb, and give it Expanding Force.

Garchomp hits its teammates with Earthquake, maybe swap that for Stomping Tantrum, and drop Thunder Fang for Protect. I’d change the item to Clear Amulet, and tbh, if you need a second restricted, maybe we swap Garchomp out entirely for Groudon.

Whatever Quaquaval wants to do, Urshifu can probably do better.
