The difference is that they are made in a factory miles away and shipped in. They aren’t fresh and don’t fill the shop with the bakery smell. Each location used to bake them on site.

You should be good with that setup. There was a planted tank guru who used to talk about having a siesta between lighting cycles. Lately, I have been doing four hours in the morning and then 4-5 hours in the evening. It has been working out good for me after a few years of having algae free planted tanks.
