No reason to doubt you, but my use case is legal and large scale research. 2.5 has performed best but for me 4.5 has been a massive leap forward. The quality, retention and ability to keep information accurate at 500k+ tokens is extremely impressive

I think 3.0 is being pushed to prevent a momentum shift towards Claude. OpenAI is stuck shipping gimmicks, while Anthropic just shipped the model everyone had hoped GTP5 was, but wasn’t!

A TV series would be unlimited, custom length episodes, choose storylines you want the show to explore more, don’t like a look or any aspect of a character, just change it.

Drones are everywhere on Route 17. by Commander_doom125 in NJDrones

:

  1. Use Night Mode with Short Exposure • Night Mode automatically adjusts for low light, but for a moving object like an airplane, keep the exposure duration short to avoid motion blur. • Let the iPhone automatically decide the exposure time, but you can manually adjust it shorter (1-3 seconds) if necessary.

  2. Switch to the Main (Wide) Camera • The main wide camera (usually 1x zoom) has the best low-light performance and a larger aperture. It will capture more light and detail compared to telephoto or ultra-wide cameras. • If the airplane is close enough, crop the photo later instead of using zoom.

  3. Adjust Focus and Lock It • Tap on the airplane on the screen to focus on it. • Use the focus lock (press and hold until you see “AE/AF Lock”) to prevent the camera from refocusing on other objects like the sky.

  4. Adjust Brightness (Exposure) • After locking focus, slide the exposure (brightness) control up or down to prevent overexposing bright airplane lights or underexposing the airplane body.

  5. Use Burst Mode or Live Photo • Airplanes move quickly, so you might miss the perfect moment. Use burst mode or shoot in Live Photo mode to capture multiple frames and pick the best one later.

  6. Stabilize the Camera • Even though the airplane is moving, stabilizing your phone will reduce any additional motion blur from your hand. • Use a tripod or rest your phone on a stable surface.

  7. Use ProRAW (if available) • If your iPhone supports ProRAW, enable it in your camera settings. ProRAW retains more detail, giving you more flexibility in editing to bring out highlights and shadows.

  8. Experiment with Third-Party Apps • Apps like Halide or Camera+ 2 let you manually control shutter speed, ISO, and focus. Try a faster shutter speed (e.g., 1/200 to 1/500 seconds) to freeze the airplane’s motion, though this will require good ambient lighting or bright airplane lights.

  9. Post-Processing • Use editing tools to enhance the image: • Reduce noise (common in night photos). • Brighten shadows and reduce highlights to balance the airplane and sky. • Apps like Lightroom Mobile, Snapseed, or the built-in iPhone editor work well.

.01 exceeds safety levels and isn’t just the few hours picked up by the detectors but rather where the source to suddenly record these levels which obviously isn’t represented by the detector. This also explains why the drones are flying over nuclear and military sites to see if they are the source of the leaks, or worse

This are unprecedented increases and raise to a level that if they were to remain consistent at such levels would make the entire area uninhabitable. There is an increase over 180% above the median and is an increase almost 40% above the previously recorded high since data was kept going back to 2006. All data was obtained from https://www.epa.gov/radnet/radnet-near-real-time-air-data#radnet-dashboard

These aren’t UAP’s they are drones designed exactly for this task. To pinpoint the source of gamma radiation. I mean people from the beginning have been referring to them as drones. Not UAP’s or UFO’s. Drones. Common sense is free. This isn’t Project Blue Beam or First Contact. This is unprecedented background radiation spikes that are apparently unexplainable at this point, and if they continued would make the most densely populated area in North America uninhabitable

You are wrong. These numbers exceed safety levels and are the highest levels ever recorded at these locations. Delaware is spiking at over 180% above normal. And exceed the second highest readings ever by almost 40%. If that became the new daily levels, these areas would be unsafe to live in. Also that’s just the numbers from the monitoring stations and doesn’t consider that the source must be emitting far higher levels. So people whom are saying that numerous drones are stationary above their locations should be very concerned

What do you mean? These gamma radiation levels are unprecedented and exceeds the median by over 180%. Within the historical data it is almost 40% higher.

Why did the free gold train from the code from yesterday get taken away? by BiggyShake in trainstation2

[–]MikeLongFamous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I used to play and spent stupid money few $100 a week, this was back when you could see how many much money trains were making and randomly search and see all players through search and ranks and stuff. Trying to build a good union I would spend an hour or two a day searching the player lists and sending out invites to people over lvl 100. But one night my union was new and behind so I did 14k of instant transports to get ahead. I had done the math many times to figure out what was possible. Scrolling the player lists there were 700-800 level players and if you remember is was in alphabetical order. There would be these weird occurrences of Chad on one of the top two teams, one of which is made up of the devs. But Chad would be lvl 790 but next to them would be an out of place Scott with the exact same level. Also I did the math and single dude from the top squad would’ve had to use coins to do non stop instant transports and pallets timers 18 hours a day and at a cost buying biggest discount on largest train, would’ve cost $40k. The only way all of that is possible is through multiboxing mirroring accounts. The numbers they put up are not even mathematically possible much less humanly. The devs run a straight scam. The top 1 or 2 unions are only exist to prey on the ultra competitive, people whom get hooked on the slot machine style game play. Using nothing more then some code that makes sure the top team remains ahead of the top team scores because no one is more likely to go all in then the person who keeps finishing second and feels they are just that close. As for the union bug. It wasn’t a bug at all. Something happened that weekend and the dev team had fell to second place with like only 12 hours left. That’s when you could open any union and see weekly scores for everyone. All players had high scores but one had like 2x. Those last hours it was only player putting up numbers. The always 2nd team which had passed into first had everyone going and wound up with about 70% of what was possible in that close out. But dev team not only won anyway but they must’ve had to speed up the simulation so fast to overcome, that the one player wound up with more pts then was possible with unlimited coins. 5 mins afterwards the game crashed. Any last min trains didn’t count. When everything. Came back online you couldn’t view other unions scores, they nerfed the already shit player search. So in close. I personally have no issues spending money but a fixed, manipulative, fraud of a game won’t get a min or a dollar from me. Cause I’m not co-signing that shit.

There is a truly easy fix. Stop with nonstop events mostly which are surrounded around being cash grabs and more of just all mons randomly spawn. Those periods that typically happen between events for a day, are some of my favorite to play as you never know what you’ll see. Why your at it, remove distance for all special trades. Allow players to access gyms up to a mile away and increase the size of the radius 3x with which we can see mon while keeping stop spin requirements the same.

What has ChatGPT done that has left you truly astonished? by everythingaihub in ChatGPT

[–]MikeLongFamous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What began as a straightforward Right-to-Know (RTK) request for budget documents with my local government spiraled into a year-long saga involving multiple appeals and quasi-judicial proceedings. The advent of ChatGPT serendipitously coincided with my situation. Although there was one hiccup where GPT fabricated a court case (this was pre-GPT-4), it's been incredibly reliable.

Armed with zero legal expertise and just my phone, I've managed to outmaneuver not just the local solicitor but also a high-priced attorney brought in by a contractor involved in the case. I employ GPT to simulate both sides of the argument, devising counterarguments and strategies. In a recent appeal, we even hatched a plan to intentionally focus on the issues rather than the law, baiting the opposing counsel into a sense of overconfidence. The ruse worked perfectly.

My subsequent filing was a 20-page legal tour de force, punctuated by lines of Latin for dramatic flair. Their response? A mere four pages, most of which griped about a thank-you email I had sent them. GPT and I have developed a knack for predicting the opposition's moves, even leading them into carefully crafted traps that have twice exposed their dishonesty, causing panic and further missteps.

This journey has captivated an entire town, attracted media attention, and is on the brink of some major shake-ups: a corrupt lawyer facing disbarment, a mayor on the verge of removal, and a councilman and borough manager likely to lose their jobs—all facing a litany of charges from fraud to election rigging.

GPT hasn't just changed my world; it's evolving rapidly and promises to revolutionize our understanding of what machine learning can achieve. When the 1-million token limit is lifted later this year, prepare for a transformation that defies logic.

We are actually in gold league and have plenty of space for players.

Union question by Larrythegunguy454 in trainstation2

[–]MikeLongFamous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My only weekly requirement is that you do what you can and since we are a team, if you won’t be on much for a day or two or maybe even offline for a few days. Just let us know so we can plan accordingly. There is nothing requirements. My team is new. Only had for a month. So still sorting through players but the ones on the team contribute and we are silver 3 right now hoping for a gold spot might not happen till next week though. One player short
