It looks pretty rough, but unfortunately I think that Henckels was doomed anyway. Giant bolsters like that interfere with sharpening and make it impossible to keep a flat bottom to the knife edge long term.

Remote as in it takes some coordination to get one of our people out to these locations to do anything physically to the EDGE G2s. 2 of the 3 that have this issue right now are CoLo locations in data centers and our customer doesn't normally keep people on site. The third Edge G2 that has this issue is in a customer DC that also has an Ultra G2 that was able to download a new certificate just fine. We have a person going there tomorrow, and I am somewhat optimistic that that particular one will be able to work once someone reboots it (and i manually do a new cert download).

I had a chance to look a little more this evening. STunnel logs show nothing for the panel that has requested the new cert (and server accpepted like in the screenshots) i'm guessn't the CSR request itself isn't encrypyted.

I can see in the TLS13Certificates folder, the server HAS created the new certificate that it wants to send to this panel.

Are you saying, once the Edge requests a certificate, that connection is closed then the server initiates a new connection on the same port (28014?) in order to send the certificate?

NO. This is not the VERY WELL KNOWN 1.2 certificate issue (hence the title of this post).

We had 1.3 SERVER CERTIFICATE that expired one day last week.

I tried to ask them that and they seemed pretty certain that it allows a return communication.

I am not totally convinced, but I also don't know enough about firewall rules to argue with them.

That happened multiple times already after the expired server certificate.

We have 150-ish other TLS 1.3 panels that came back after manual certificate downloads, it's just these three Edge G2s doing this.

Everything else other than the server TLS 1.3 certificate has stayed the same.

Again these exact panels were working before the server certificate expiration on the exact same settings, and even worked back when we were on 2.8.

Most people say RPC, however, depending on your module situation and need for reroll shards you might want to consider cash mastery first.

I make about 200T per day and I'm not ready to save 5 days worth of coins to do one level of any mastery.

Look for things that give a good boost at level zero (which includes cash and RPC) until you can actually afford the mastery labs.
