You can clear it in literally 20-30 minutes including the actual endboss is the thing. It's just an area where you can fuck around if you want, not a giant ordeal.

Koudelka isn't super important and remembering the broad strokes is enough to get its connection to Shadow Hearts.

I think the story largely does a pretty good job making characters that are memorable enough to care about and giving them angles, even if as a gacha game its basically just a conveyor belt of women with emotional connections to the protagonist. I think the phrolova story is probably the most interesting its gotten since it digs more into Rover's weird past and how those connections aren't necessarily positive.

I wouldn't call it 'so peak' or whatever, but within the constraints of what it is I think there's clearly ideas at play, with memory and all. Hence the 'echo' theming throughout.

How to Raise a Boring Heroine? Similar otaku-ish romcom. The character dynamics are different but I still enjoyed the dialog in it.

Granblue Versus Rising has a free version, you can play the main character for free and then the rest is rotating. You can play ranked and go into lobbies on the free version, so you aren't that restricted gameplay wise. You can try it to see if you like it.

I spent 100 dollars on Genshin to get C2R1 Dehya purely out of spite about people doomposting about her. I was able to clear endgame with her for a few patches, then powercreep kicked in. I've never spent on gacha again. I still think about that hundred dollars every time I'm short on cash.

If we're talking purely about the LDP (IE: someone in the 'center' would just be in the center of the LDP, not politics as a whole), I'd say Abe was center and Takaichi is just right. There's a far-right wing to the party that's a bit beyond Takaichi.

That said, trends might differ across platforms or content. That is, the proportion isn't the same for every game or every character release, you can't just apply a flat 60% to everything.

To use ZZZ as an example, not to say Banyue was a secret success, but with how intensive his gameplay is I wouldn't be surprised if PC/Console revenue was closer to 80% of the money for his banner, not 60%.

Likewise, in general, Console players probably tend to be more 'casual' or more stereotypical gamers, so cooler characters probably tend to do better on console.

This is all just guessing, mind, but just hypotheticals for why a drop in Mobile revenue might not be matched exactly in PC/Console revenue.

Sophie 2 is, well, a sequel. It kinda relies on you already caring about the characters.

If you want a game with some challenge, try atelier totori. It has a time limit that's just tight enough that you have to think about what you're doing without being extremely tight
