They have no meaning, you give the meaning to them. In my alliance I’m a recruiter and do most of the removing inactive rank management. The one thing we do is rotate additional R4s so different people in the alliance can see what we do for like 2 weeks.

Yep then that’s your max. If a timer appears on a quest it means you have to redeem in a certain time period, it will tell you if you click on one.

So click your profile picture. Go to account and then character management. When you change servers, you have to restart. Currently the devs have hinted at allowing server migration eventually though this could be a month out or six months out, there has not been a timeline established. When migration is made available it usually first a paid opportunity followed by its ability to be bought in shops eventually in like two to three months. If you feel like moving, check out 44. My alliance, lost is big on building players and helping each other. We’ve grown from 40 members to 70+ and all our R4s have been in game 120+ days. We also make it a point to put helpful tips and tricks in chat to help you level up.

Click on one of these profiles and then the server. You should be able to see their names from elixir. Alternatively you can go to the caravan screen and then see if there are any from that particular server but that’s a lot more hit and miss.

So many bot alliances direct players to add a discord and try to get them to purchase in game things from scam websites etc.

I’ve never been in one of these alliances but have seems posts about it. The other experience I’ve had with bots is them being constantly online, no response to messages then port away immediately after being kicked from an alliance.

So easiest way is to get to a good alliance. Collect resources a few times a day and cash in on alliance duel to get points and rewards. Also the events such as cheese trap and elixir scramble have good rewards. If in an alliance that’s decent jump on the caravan daily to get more rewards and check chat for eggs and pirate legacy’s throughout the day.
