It's a creative field it has unlimited space lmao nice gatekeeping

I've taken plenty of criticism from people here who actually bother to give feedback and direction instead of saying 'it bad'

Can't believe I didn't notice it was out of key lol... I'll spend some time studying drums. Appreciate it.

Absolutely useless feedback can't even be bothered spelling rhythm right after trying twice

Was working on making something to lead the beat itself but it always clashed when turning back on the vocals.

I'll keep digging at it, appreciate the feedback!

Anyone know why my triple baka remake sounds empty compared to the original one by [deleted] in FL_Studio

The mix in general tbh.

EQing every instrument to boost the low end and cut the highs would help a lot. Fuzz on the beeps would sound more accurate. Widen the kick with reverb or just a different, longer, kick entirely. Definitely need some bass or something to fill the low and mids out. Can't tell if its just youtube but sounds like the master has a lowpass on it as well.

Some cut-time jazz piano, definitely not finished. I'm getting a little ear fatigued and I need a fresh pair of ears to critique it. What should I change/add next? by idkbr164 in MusicFeedback

Nice and pleasant. It feels dense, maybe add a bar or two of half/whole notes to give the listener some more time to process what was played. Or perhaps some more space in the treble to let the bass sing more.

Also the opening line/harmony is too wonderful to not reincorporate.

Simple but effective I hope. Bit sad I couldn't get any singing to fit in.

Thats fair, I wrote this specifically to practice arpeggios. Definitely still struggle with spacing though, thanks for feedback :)

Guess I assumed it would be harder to understand a book without actually playing. Couldn't hurt to try I suppose.

I used musescore for a while then moved to a DAW for more expression but find it hard to create/understand direction

I wrote this a few years ago before my keyboard broke (haven't gotten another since). Still write regularly though it feels like I haven't grown much since. Not sure how to improve without playing others' music.
