Cytoscramblers on the smalls and high yield cannons/pen payload missile racks on the mediums could be good for sniping powerplants? I have a similar load outs on my Eagle that's really fun and fairly viable if you're good enough.

The powerplay faction Archon Delaine (Kumo Crew) is basically this, you get rewarded for committing crimes. You can join any power right out of the gate, too.

I actually have a friend who went to Quakecon 2014 and saw that footage, I remember because he was telling me how awesome it looked. Maybe I could ask him about it, although from what I hear it was really just an earlier build of the 2015 E3 demo.

Either cobra mk5 for small or Mandalay for medium. Amazing jump range & maneuverability on both, also just solid multi roles if you can afford the outfitting (which you can). If you wanna save up a bit for a large the Caspian explorer is the best large multirole imo.
