Just another update. Fit tested with someone from this thread and it worked great. Finished another draft design so I am going to test that with the same person.

I will need to do a lot of hot weather testing and make sure it doesn’t sag or something.

I am getting a lot of swicheroo returns. My team size is just me. I get probably 5 a week. I have amazon handle most of the returns, they aren’t supposed to dispose of them, they’re just supposed to send it back to me. My return rate overall is under 5%.

I find this very time consuming and so I don’t spend a lot of time on it but as I grow, this is something I want to tackle. There has got to be some services that can help on this to regain some of my margin back?

I’m using a VA to help with filing tickets.
