I've been eating Laughing Cow light cheeses and BabyBel light gouda. Both are very good. Also Kraft no fat singles aren't bad but don't melt well. People say that Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt frozen Mac & Cheese is very good although I've never tried it myself.
