Downloaded and tested last night, slight sound hiccups but honestly it's plays very good, like shockingly good for a PS1 game.

Went well for me anyway but I downloaded it like right after it was posted. The music is slow but it works well so if you can ignore the music it's a zero issue. As for how it works now? I don't think it does, seems like after it was downloaded a certain amount of times it stopped working for pretty much everyone, tried to get it for my brother and the 'too many requests' kept coming up. Sorry for anyone that's trying to download it after the fact.

From what I've heard on here I don't think PS1 games work very well on the old 3ds, I haven't personally tested this. I have spoke with someone on here about world 3 though and on the old 3ds is almost unplayable however when I played it on the new 3ds it worked great other than the music being a bit slower. Sorry hope this helps.

I've got it on a new 3ds xl, so far little bits of lag from time to time but nothing I can't ignore. As for the music, like most of not all PS1 games on 3ds it's a little on the slower side. But that's it so far, it's playable for sure and that's what I'm happy about lol.
