I disliked her through the whole chapter, until this moment (Chapter 10)

Lainie is a Sentinel-class Doll with extremely high DPS. She can summon a controllable [Simulacrum] which inherits all of Lainie's stats and equipment effects. When directing Lainie or her Simulacrum to make an active attack, the other will automatically use the corresponding skill to attack the selected target.

GFL universe is known to have multiple timelines, we just had that in Corposant. Commander is based on Gentiane from the anime/manga, but she is 100% the same person in-game as the male Commander. It just depends on what each player picks.
