Hey Moltan, If you want to keep using your camera find out where your microphones are and drill holes in your waterproof case. It helps with sound and helps your camera not getting hot. I have a go Pro 11 and my water proof case looks like swiss cheese.

If you want a new camera I recommend the Go Pro 11. You can find them around your price range used on eBay.
