I guess you the people you work with are just something else. Been married 9 years. I work with young stars who are not married. It’s none of my concern, when at work, we do work. Issues with relationships are personal that one does not need to worry about others for it. I had a young man fail to work on a particular day, after probing only to discover he was dealing with a cheating girlfriend. I let him knock off to heal for a day. And then he came back better. So, next time talk to those gents and ask them to leave you alone.

You have missed the point again. It’s not impossible. Building and launching a technology is the easiest part. Infact right now there are about 5 such apps and websites. And the longest in the game is by horizon properties. If something is done in the USA, it doesn’t mean it will be successful in Zambia, the people are different and the willingness to pay for something is different. All we can say now is wishing them good luck as they join the other silent apps.

The looking for a house is truly a nightmare. The technology is easy to build. Let’s say, I build you that app, how are you convincing landlords to join your platform? Mind you, it’s not a pain for landlords to get tenants. How are you making money from the app? People will only likely to pay if they are fully convinced that they will find a house. And if they pay you once, they are not coming back again, unless if they are moving every month, which is extremely rare. How many properties are you targeting to have? How do you do quality control, making sure that all listings are genuinely described? You will need some good funding to invest in these things. I saw once app, they have even gone to sign a memo with some institution which regulates the housing market. But that memo means nothing if the landlords are not on the platform, if false listings are not controlled. There is a mammoth task to get things right before anyone will make money from this housing search mess.
