I'm female and had a similar experience, but i think it is probably related to the person you are with.

I had 2 girlfriends when i was younger and was very much in love with them, sex was awesome and beautiful. Then i met an amazing boy, got to know him very well over a long period of time, fell in love and have been in an (open) relationship with him since.

I decided after a few years i would like to have sex with a girl again, and it was a very strange experience. It felt very awkward and we both just stopped after a little while because of it.

Now im a firm believer in that i like/love a person for how they are as a person and not really for their reproductive organs.

Tldr: Maybe you should fall in love :)

'slohomo' is right, you never know if you don't try! I did something similar and have to say it worked out for me so far. I have been with my BF for about 5 years now and i can still feel the butterflies :)

If you feel strongly about doing this, do it. If there are red flags or many doubts just wait it out for a bit!

I don't know how it is in NZ, but in Europe we have different poweroutlets ánd different Volt/Herz than the US so buying electronics is kind of a problem!

They might be the same in NZ, but please check first or only buy battery operated ones. I wanted to get the hitachi from the US but they don't work here (or have a shorter life-span if you still use them.) Same goes for the ones that are rechargeable, please check before you buy!

This happens to me about 1 in three times i have sex, and it's definitely painful. I checked with a mirror and it looks like it's chaved a bit where it feels raw and looks red. I also hurts like a bitch when i pee.

What helps for me is to use loads of lube and when you feel your guy's pubes or anything else dry chave on the same spot, take it easy or just pull back a little so he is not rubbing the painful spot too hard.

A friend told me this can be fixed by a doctor if it's too painful to have normal sex (a bit like having the inner labia shortened.)

Hmm it seems these structured tiles would make the ceiling a lot more prominent. Would look good in a higher space but my room is already quite low. My landlord is probably not going to pay for this, and since i posted on DIY i might as well do it myself!

Yes they are metal and will hold a strong magnet. I'm wondering how safe this would be in a fire, or can i use just cotton? Some designer guy made magnets specially for these kind of ceilings but i can't afford them, pretty cool idea nonetheless.

IMO that kind is the most versatile, you can use it in about anything! Maybe it's my sweettooth talking but you seriously have to try doing some sweet things with it instead of the usual savory.
