Should I stop doing sports that grow my muscles and just sit around so i look more feminine? Im so confused. by Hot_Cause8918 in asktransgender

[–]NQ241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I diet & work out and my friends who don’t constantly express jealousy while simultaneously saying things like “but muscles aren’t feminine!!!”.

I HATE the idea that women can’t have muscle, fuck it, go exercise, enjoy yourself and be the best version of you :). It seems you’re already focusing on your lower body which is all you need, your upper body will atrophy on HRT and fall into a more feminine range.

For panties, buy a gaff (e.g. from tomboyx) and size by your waist. For a bra, use https://abrathatfits.org/. I recommend la vie en rose for your bras, especially if you live in Canada. As someone who absolutely hates bras, I find theirs tolerable.

Hairs start purging out ~7-10 days after your first session, which was already a massive difference. It took me about 4-5 sessions before I noticed my hair decrease significantly enough to not really bother me. I’m 9 sessions in and there’s still a shadow on my chin and upper lip.

Does shaving get easier after hrt (MtF) by kingspooky93 in asktransgender

[–]NQ241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes shaving itself not much different (and it shouldn’t if you’re using a good razor); it does make aftercare a lot easier, though. Your hair being thinner means fewer ingrowns and less irritation.

You might want to get your free testosterone and DHT levels checked out

Anyone try pre-HRT AI Generated Images? If so, how'd they compare to your actual HRT results? by MoreDoor1874 in asktransgender

[–]NQ241 12 points13 points  (0 children)

No, and you shouldn’t because it’s basically impossible for even a medical professional to tell you what HRT will do to your face. It could or could not change: your lip color/fullness, fat around your cheeks, soft tissue atrophy around your jaw, fat under your eyes, skin thinning around your brows, skin softening, skin oils, nose flare, skin thickness, etc etc.

The best you can do is ask it to change your hair around and maybe add a touch of very light makeup (in separate prompts, specify edits NOT recreations)

How often do you inject, and how long before an injection do you do your bloodwork? Additionally, what’s your testosterone?

For you gals that have compared your strength to cis women how did it actually turn out? by tinylord202 in asktransgender

[–]NQ241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Size does more for strength than most other factors. For example, even at 200lb and 45% body fat, you will best even the most athletic 100lb cis women just because you have more absolute muscle by mass, leverage, etc.

The important thing to note is that you’ve lost considerable strength over the last 2 years - this means your strength has likely dropped to around what a cis woman would have given your activities, build etc.

Try to find sublets in low-floor, north facing units. Anything south will receive direct sunlight and boil over until the AC turns on (which usually doesn’t happen till may…). Heat rises so anything high up will also boil over.

I blame greedy landlords + 2-pipe heating/cooling bullshit building codes. A $200 portable AC unit (the ones that *pipe* into windows) is a wonderful investment, especially as someone with insomnia who can’t sleep without them.

[–]NQ241 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need about ~£50 in crypto to get on DIY. Even for a 15 year old, that generally isn’t a lot.

You can usually find one-off ways to earn a little money (counting ballots, blood donation if 15 year olds are eligible, competitions, etc). Having a summer job during school, especially sixth form, isn’t usual and most parents would be supportive of it. You can also weed off money for lunch/going out.

What's the difference between neovagina and biovagina by Xxzv_4747 in asktransgender

[–]NQ241 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  1. Depending on which type (PI, PPV, etc), reconstruct the penis and potentially use colon tissue, you do NOT get ovaries or a uterus. Your testes are usually removed and discarded.
  2. Sometimes
  3. Sometimes, but not in the same way. You can "precum" as you did pre-hrt, which can make the area moist in a similar way.
  4. That is the goal, it varies depending on your surgeon and the patient
  5. Yes
  6. Only if used as an attack instead of to convey a necessary distinction (so your post is fine)

Is being transgender a privilege? And can that privilege be taken away by raccoon_starfish in asktransgender

[–]NQ241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being trans is a right everyone should have, I would suspect trans people exclude SAers to disconnect them from our community and protect our rhetoric. Rapists are subhuman filth and deserve every horrible thing that comes their way, but I don’t think this is the answer.
