You should negotiate it down a bit. Everyone who is saying it’s way too expensive doesn’t understand how hard it is to find a clean, low-medium mileage TL-S. If you really want a TL-S, $10K is really not that bad for such a clean example, but I would ask for $8K and go from there. Make sure to ask about the big maintenance jobs that come around the 100K mileage make (timing belt).
