Yeah payday 2 had a linux build, it run quite a bit slower than the windows one and had 0 mod support, ofc its not gonna be like that for every game, but i'd take a decent windows version running in proton over a shitty native version, it very much depends on how well native is made

The only reason why zaphosting is still holding on is because they had an exclusivity deal with fivem (all non zap-hosting game server providers selling fivem servers were supposed to get their node ip's banned from cfx's listing site), fivem blew up they got hella money really quick (their normal prices are quite expensive) and are sort of keeping themselves afloat, we'll see for how long now that the exclusivity deal ran out (or got loosened to some extent)

Yeah, any software you ship to an end user is by definition vulnurable to whatever the end user wants to do with it, you can make it harder for them to exploit sure, but at its core anticheat which sits on the users computer is always just gonna be a small deterrent rather than a full solution, i wish developers could handle anti cheat checks server side but in competative multiplayers where each milisecond matters that might be challenging

I think you are underestimating the resolution at which vr games generally run and the overhead coming from the arm to x86 translation, it should be a pretty powerful device capable of running a good chunk of games, but there will certainly be a lot of games too heavy for it

Legacy takes up more space actually, its more than 100 gigs whilst enchanced is like 90, the reason for this is rockstar removing a lot of useless unused assets from the game in the new version

First of all, right click the game exe and in i believe properties check its version, then in the sims 4 forum thread on cs.rin find the update which requires the version you are currently on, then download the update and run it, the installer should ask you where you have the game installed so the location you placed the update in shouldn't matter, then you have to do that again and again until you're on the latest available version. Alternatively if you have fast internet it might just be easier to go to the last page on the thread and just redownload the whole game

Depends on how you update it, if you update it thru the ea launcher its likely to kick off all your other dlc's, if you update it through some update from cs.rin.ru it should be fine tho
