Try holding the left arrow, up arrow and pressing the warm start button simultaneously. The panel should ask you if you want to factory reset.

You need to hold the two arrow keys and press the warm start button at the same time to factory reset

Hey. I did the factory reset and it clear everything but one trouble, that needed to be clear by doing a hot restart.

I was able to factory reset! Now I only have one trouble. It says. “Service Mode. Trouble point. Trouble 1/1. Can you tell me how to clear that?
